The Amazing Power of God

“Joshua spoke to the people. He said, “Set yourselves apart to the Lord. Tomorrow he’ll do amazing things among you.” Joshua 3:5
There is no other way a person can be blessed but to live by an active faith. Faith and action are the only weapons capable of getting people to conquer the benefits of God. Currently, many people feel that they are always struggling, striving and overworking but they do not achieve anything. Instead, they only deal  with daily frustrations and failures. However, once they are empowered with the flame of a living faith, they will find the power and strength to achieve what they have longed for.
The people of Israel did not know how to overcome the barriers that blocked them from entering the Promised Land. God, seeing their difficulty, spoke to Joshua and told him that He had delivered Jericho into his hands, but he had not yet taken possession of what God had determined. Joshua heard, believed and acted on the voice of God. So it happens nowadays: if we hear, believe and act on what God has determined, so it shall be done.

Tiffanie Cummings Campaign of Israel

Challenge of Israel Nilda

Obedience

“For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.” Romans 15:4
When Joshua was at the gates of the Promised Land, he encountered an impassable obstacle, the walls of Jericho. The description of the complete destruction of Jericho was recorded in Scripture in order to teach us several lessons, most importantly, obedience to God. Even when His commands are not understood, if they are put into action, they will for sure be fulfilled and bring victory into the lives of those who obey.
When we are faced with seemingly impossible odds, we must learn that our Jericho victories are won only when our faithfulness and obedience to God are complete. Perhaps you are one step away from the life that God promised, but there is a wall in front of you preventing you to arrive and take possession, What would you do?

Divine Maternity

Beginning, Word, God, Life, He, Light.
These words can be found in the beginning of the Gospel of John and Genesis.
They all describe the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it. John 1.1-5
Jesus is the Genesis of Creation.
Everything starts with Him and for Him.
Jesus is the Promised Land, separated by the desert of this world;
Those who want to come to Him must conquer their desert.
It is important to note that in Him was Life and through Him life was created with each word He professed.
This is why He was the light of men.

An Immediate Answer
The greatest honor we can give a loved one is to offer our whole life to them forever: marriage.
The Lord Jesus Christ did this on the cross. He gave His last drop of blood for those who honor Him.
He gave Himself 2,000 years ago and continues doing so nowadays through His Spirit.
A communion with Him requires the same complete commitment from those who believe in Him.
Theoretically, this is what happens the most in evangelical churches.

Official Song for the UCKG 21-Day (The Fast of Daniel).

Lyrics:
Here I am, Oh my Lord
There's so much I want to say
When I think about that day

Nothing ever satisfied
Empty poems of the heart
Fruitless searching of my soul
Nothing inside

What a day! Oh my Lord
What a day! My Savior God
What a way to find true love!

When I knew you understood
All my failures you forgave
There's no way I could repay

All I have is at Your feet
Sacrifice of sincerity
No more words are left to say
Oh what a day!

What a day! Oh my Lord
What a day! My Savior God
The day when I found
My truest love!

What a day! Oh my Lord
What a day! My Savior God
Oh the day when I found
My truest love!

THE POWER OF A DECISION.

Nothing blesses a person’s life more than a decision. Prayer won’t even be necessary, because the decision turns into a blessing.
This is what happened with Abraham. The order was given: "Leave everything behind and go to an unknown place”. He could have stayed, but he made a decision that turned him into the father of a great nation.
Jonah, who also received an order, did the opposite. He also made a decision, but his outcome turned into a curse: he ended up in the belly of a big fish.

Blessings Without Measure

overflowing-cup“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38
God does not give His blessings in small measures. Many have had their faith tied up because of their lack of vision towards the greatness of God. The blessings of God are in abundance and running over. His answer to your request will depend of what you give. His divine generosity is not a matter of compassion, but of practical faith. The transformation God wants to make in your life is to exceed the limits of what you generously offered.
We can say that “it is unacceptable” for such a great God to do small things. On the other hand, God needs to count on those who truly belief in His promises to accomplish His great work. When He finds someone faithful and willing to do anything to implement His purpose, it is impossible for great things not to happen upon the life of such person, for His entire honor and glory. It was like this with Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Israel, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, with all the great heroes of faith of the past. God used them in their respective times.

THIS IS FAITH!

Good afternoon, Bishop!
I returned to my Father's house on the 28th of January.
For almost a year, I was involved in the world of crime. I sold drugs and betrayed my wife, I was completely destroyed. I was an assistant for one year. During this time, I lost my mother. She was the pillar of our family and my son was only 4 months old.

LOSS OF VISION

People who are born blind have no idea of the beauty of nature.
They are used to the absence of light.
But, when someone loses their sight, it is harder for them to get used to the darkness.
However it is even worse when someone loses his or her spiritual vision.

Why Mount Hermon?

Why did Jesus choose Mount Hermon to be transfigured? Why did he only choose Peter, James and John as witnesses? Jesus did not say anything that was unnecessary, He did not think about nonsense, He did not pay attention to futile or vulgar things, He did not walk around aimlessly, He did not have personal interests, He was not curious, this is, He did not waste time with banalities. When choosing Peter, James and John to follow Him to the summit of Mount Hermon, He knew what He was doing. His choice was not random and He was not worried if the others would feel hurt or resentful. Instead,

THE TWO FACES OF PRIDE.

Pride is the source of all sins. It appears in the most unsuspecting places. Some are proud of being proud, while others are proud of not being proud. While one is proud of being an atheist, another is proud of their devotion to God. Lots of knowledge can make a person proud, but ignorance can also be a source of pride for someone else. There is no sin or human mistake that can be worse or more harmful.
There are two faces to pride: humility and humiliation. The second, usually comes after you refuse the first.

DO NOT BE AFRAID!

THE REVOLT THAT WITHERS.

"Now in the morning, as He returned to the city, He was hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, “Let no fruit grow on you ever again.” Immediately the fig tree withered away," Matthew 21.18-19
Was it the fig tree’s fault that it wasn’t in season to bear fruit?
Yet, this was not reason enough to save it from withering all the way to the root and die.

When a man consecrates by a vow certain persons to the Lord... Leviticus 27.2
These instructions of God to Moses deal with the laws of consecration.
In other words, if we want to consecrate a loved one to God, we should make a vow or offering for them.
This approach is an exact copy of what God did for humanity.
He made the greatest vow; He gave His Son as an offering to consecrate mankind, and set them apart for Himself.
Anyone who is saved wants to save others…

THE POWER OF CHOICE...

The power of choice is mine, and the consequences cannot be shifted to anyone else.
It’s not fair to knowingly make bad choices and blame the consequences others.
God gave us the power to choose good or evil, to obey or disobey.
