POOR WIDOW?

"And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him..." Luke 18:3

To be a widow in Bible times was not easy. In fact, to be a woman in those days was not easy – let alone a widow. Widows were defenseless, commonly poor, and were liable to be oppressed by those in power. There were no special welfare or social security programs to look after them. If you were a widow, you were on your own. You might as well have died with your husband.

ACT AND TAKE POSSESSION.

Many times the people think when they do a request to God is enough to receive something from Him, just ask and keep in dependence of third people or waiting the blessing coming down from heaven.

There is nothing to fear when we live by faith in God's promises.

However, only those who are born of the Spirit are able to live by faith.

"So you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him." Malachi 318 (HCSB)

When the Eternal One promises that you will again see the difference, it is obvious that what He did in the lives of His servants of the past, He will also do in the lives of His servants in the present.

BELIEVE IN GOD AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Does not matter if nobody believes in you, if you believe in God and yourself is enough... Everything will be possible for you.

"I can do all things through Christ, because he gives me strength". (Philippians 4:13)
